Visit you at home to carry out a design appointment

Offering a free kitchen design and quote service an experienced designer will visit you at home to learn more about your renovation requirements.

Following a detailed discussion and measuring of the existing kitchen they will be able to offer expert help and advice with regards to a design and in most cases provide you with an idea of cost.

Prepare a detailed quote and CAD visuals

If you're happy with everything that has been discussed at your design appointment, and providing you're wanting to proceed, we'll invite you to one of our kitchen showrooms where we'll provide you with a detailed quote and CAD visuals.

Similarly if you decide at the design appointment, or after receiving other quotes, that our service is not for you, you'll never be pressured to proceed to the next step.

Offer advice on all products and fixture choices

At the showroom appointment the aim of the visit is to finalise your product choices. You'll have time to explore the wide range of options we have available and your designer will be happy to help and advice where necessary from statement features through to the finishing touches.

Once everything's been decided we will be able to provide you with an exact cost for the works, which includes installation. Its then up to you as to whether you want to place an order with us.

At point of order we require a 25% deposit on all kitchen orders which is payable by credit card, cheque, BACS or direct debit.

Kitchen Ordering And Supply Stage Explained.

Schedule your job in with our installation team

At point of order we'll schedule your project in with our installation team and provide you with a provisional installation month. From here your project will remain with your designer for job preparation.

Book an installation survey to check your final specification

Following completion of your job preparation your project file will be passed onto the installation team whereby the installations surveyor will be in touch to arrange a final site visit with yourself.

The purpose of this visit is to confirm and check your final specification, including measurements, products and fixture choices, prior to ordering.

Following your survey we will be in touch to provide you with a more concrete installation timescale in the form of a week commencing start date.

Order and store all materials, ready for your project to start

Once your final specification has been checked and signed off your file will be passed onto our purchasing team where all product and fixture choices are ordered with our manufacturers and suppliers ready for your project to start.

We deliver and store most items in our warehouse however in some instances we may ask for goods to be delivered directly to site while works are in progress.

Kitchen Installation Stage Explained.

Project manage your transformation

We will be in touch no later than the Friday before your week commencing start date to confirm an exact start date the following week. Unless otherwise specifiedyour fitter should be with you between 7:30 & 9:30 AM and will spend time sheeting up to protect your carpets and flooring before starting your project.

While the works are ongoing your installations surveyor will project manage and co-ordinate the order of works covering the removal of your existing kitchen, first and second fix, installation of new fixtures, final checks and project sign off.

Half way through your project we require a 65% interim payment which is payable by cheque, BACS or direct debit.

Keep you in the loop every step of the way

Both the installation team on site and your installation surveyor will keep you in the loop every step of the way as your project progresses, answering any questions you may have as promptly as possible.

Similarly any unforeseen problems that may arise will be discussed with yourself before any action is taken.

Tidy up at the end of each day

We want your kitchen renovation to be as stress-free and undisruptive as possible. Your installation team will tidy up at the end of each day and we'll never leave you without running water or central heating.

Be on hand should you have any questions or concerns

Through-out your project with us we will always be on hand to answer any questions or ease any concerns you may have. If at any point you wish to speak to your designer, installations surveyor or customer care team please do not hesitate to call us.

After care

We offer a 3-year insurance backed installation guarantee on all our workmanship within the retail market for products specified and sold on or after 1/1/23. This is further complemented by manufactures warranties so should any issues arise at any time we encourage you to contact us, via phone or email, so we can get the matter resolved quickly and efficiently.

When your job is practically complete we will raise your final invoice for the remaining 10% which is payable by cheque, BACS or direct debit.
