Despite various unforeseen problems arising whilst replacing my old kitchen with a new one from scratch, each one was overcome with ease thanks to my excellent kitchen fitter Mick. The end result was fantastic and just what I needed with a few more additions made with spare pieces of material (e.g. extra shelves and a tray recess area which would normally have been blocked off). An added bonus was the frequent visits of Rob to check that everything was progressing as it should be. Highly recommended.

After 6 years of talking about converting our garage and kitchen, we finally took the plunge.

Julie brought our ideas to life with her expertise, and added professional flair to the design. Our project manager, Rob was always contactable and available when we needed anything and kept the 7 week project moving along as much as possible. We are so grateful to Andy, our fitter, who worked above and beyond with such precision on our dream conversion. He really did an outstanding job, we are so pleased with the results. Martin is an absolute star. The job he has done on our kitchen is absolutely fantastic. Nothing is to much trouble and he’s as much of a perfectionist as I am!

Credit also needs to be given to Rob who despite a global pandemic and everything it contains managed to keep all the plates spinning.

The only thing I’d say Passmore could improve, is their communication, as there were times it felt like we didn’t know what was going on but given the benefit of hindsight, in the current situation that’s probably understandable.
