Excellent service as usual from Passmore. They did a brilliant job replacing our shower room 2 years ago so we were confident that we would get the same treatment with our kitchen and are not disappointed.

Gary our fitter did an excellent job fitting our kitchen in the expected timeframe and to a standard that we are very happy with. The rest of the team performing the underlying building, heating and electrical work were also excellent.

Passmore were happy to come up with solutions to a number of issues that were discovered once the work started on our old bungalow with no additional cost to ourselves beyond the original quote which was fantastic.

Having recently completed our kitchen I can honestly say that More Kitchens are the best company I have employed to do major works to my home and of the three replacement kitchens we have had over the years by far the best.

From the initial visit and designs by Julie, the project management by Rob to the final decorations everything was fantastic. All the trades guys (Andy - main fitter, Dave the plasterer and finally Michael the decorator) have been excellent. Our kitchen started before the lockdown and finally completed many weeks later due to the pandemic but overall the experience was a very positive one.

I got the pictures out of the initial design the other day - Julie nailed it apart from the changes we made to decorations and lighting More Kitchens delivered exactly what we asked for. We are highly delighted with our kitchen, the works done to open the kitchen out into the pre-existing dining room and the works to our conservatory to raise the floor level to the same as the kitchen and give us much more usable room. Brilliant job all round, thanks very much!

I couldn’t be happier with my new kitchen. It’s only a small kitchen but Simon completely redesigned it and it looks so much bigger!

I wanted a company that would do everything, design, refit, plastering, electrics, flooring etc and More Kitchens didn’t let me down . All the guys were great and very professional. From Simon's initial design visit to Rob's project management we felt that our wishes and concerns were taken into account. Everyone involved worked in an efficient and pleasant way and made us feel as if our project was important. The work proceeded seamlessly from start to finish and we were never in the position where we did not know what was happening next.

Particular thanks go to John, who fitted the kitchen and to James who had some very challenging electrics to sort out! At all times we were able to liaise with Rob who dealt very patiently with all my queries and concerns. Thanks also to the team at Head Office who were always pleasant and helpful to deal with.
