Classic Peninsula Kitchen Case Study | Leeds | More Kitchens

Published: 10 February 2022

A dated but well-kept kitchen was transformed into a stunning classic kitchen design with modern fixtures and fittings.

Wanting to update their kitchen and to make better use of its space, Mr & Mrs Ozols booked a free design appointment for a More Kitchens Senior Designer to visit their home, discuss kitchen design ideas and provide them with a provisional quote.

Mr & Mrs Ozols were visited by Senior Designer Simon, who had previously designed two of their bathrooms through our sister brand More Bathrooms. Simon surveyed their kitchen and discussed with them their design desires which included transforming their kitchen into a bespoke classic design.

Happy with the information gathered, Simon then invited Mr & Mrs Ozols to our Harrogate Bathroom Showroom to view a detailed CAD design of their bespoke new kitchen.

The new classic kitchen now consisted of stunning blue shaker style kitchen storage cabinets beautifully contrasted with soft white Corian kitchen worktops to brighten up the now spacious room.

An island was also attached as part of the peninsular kitchen design with space for 2 stools to use the area for informal dining.

Brand new appliances including a contemporary slide and hide oven, combination microwave and a modern induction hob were fit. An antique mirrored splash back was also installed, tying together the traditional and contemporary features of the kitchen, whilst creating the illusion of a larger space by bouncing light around the room.

Beautiful oak affect vinyl kitchen flooring was installed tying in with a bespoke oak wine rack located next to the kitchen cabinets.

A dated Kitchen was transformed into a stunning classic design with modern fixtures and fittings.
